Unique, cool style and amazing comfort, November 13, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: El Naturalista Women's N763 Mary-Jane Pump (Apparel) These were way beyond my usual shoe budget, but I just had to have them. Love the unique "collar" that rises up the back, the (comfortable) ankle-strap, the low-cut vamp with ample toe room and the funky carved rubber heel. I normally have trouble balancing in heels, but these make you feel grounded, thanks to the thick rubber sole. I did need to add an insert at the front because (as is true with several EN styles), they are cut for a foot with more volume than mine. I take a US size 5.5 and always wear size 36 in El Naturalista. Did you know that not only are they made with natural components (including leather with a delicious smell), but they are also designed and made in Spain? Read the insert that comes with them and you'll learn about the company's worker-friendly policies, too.

The footbed is really well padded so you could walk in these for hours. The rubber heel also contributes to the comfort. The heel hieght is great for me as I am not comfortable in high heels or flats. I would recommend buying on the smaller side of your range - I am most often a 40 so I bought a purple pair first in 40 - they are quite big - wearable - but this pair in 39 is perfect and still has a little room.

SO comfy , and for a non-heels wearer that is a statement! They are beautiful and true to size .. and happily wearable all day long..and still want to wear them to bed....
