I expected them to be very comfy, but probably a bit bulky. I got them this morning and they're just perfect! The width is just right, they're true to size AND look great with a skirt or dress. I order tons of shoes from amazon to France since there are so many models here that we don't have, but it's always a challenge since the shipping fees are often as high as the shoe price, and sending them back would just cost too much, but I haven't been disappointed once, thanks to all the good customers reviews! First pair of unstructured Clarks, but not the last! Got two more on the way anyway ;)

So comfortable, it's like walking on clouds! It looks great with casual skirts and jeans. Would delightfully recommend!

I'm a usually a normal width (though perhaps on the slender side of normal)---given the choice, if I had to do it again, I would have ordered these shoes in narrow. The 'ruffling' effect on the leather is much more pronounced than on the photo--but perhaps this is because mine are a size 11. They're reasonably cofortable, though not as much arch support as I was hoping or as I remembered other un-structured shoes by Clark as having. I only wear them at work and I'm happy with that.
