Great walking shoes, February 2, 2007 By I get compliments on these shoes all the time, which is a bonus since I bought them to be comfortable. I walk allover UMASS-Amherst campus in these and feel that my feet and back are well-supported. In fact, these shoes look even better when they're a little scuffed up. Definetely worth the money.

I've worn these shoes for many years and at one time had Danskos in virtually every color. I'm returning these because--once again--the fit is way off. Since Dansko started having their clogs made by a new manufacturer, the fit is totally unpredictable. I notice that other reviewers are starting to notice the same problem. I have switched to Sanita--Dansko's old manufacturer. The fit is much more reliable. The new Danskos are either way wide or way narrow and the length is off.

Since my first pair were black, I had to get a pair in brown, too. (Now I can wear them absolutely everyday and match all my outfits!) While they may take a bit to get used to, they are hands down the most comforatable shoe I've ever worn. I had a job where I had to be on my feet for hours at a time and my feet were never tired. I wore them throughout my last two pregnancies and just wish I had known about them when I was pregnant with my first child! I would recommend them to anyone!
