The Perfect Sandal, June 20, 2007 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Birkenstock Unisex Arizona Sandal (Apparel) I have big feet - and so I am limited in the brands and styles of sandals I can wear. I just bought my fourth pair of these sandals, and I get between two and three years wear from each pair of sandals.
This is especially good when you consider that I live in Florida and wear sandals almost all the time.
They generally stay on because they have ridges on the insole that your feet can grab. The arch support is excellent.
I have never had the uppers fail - eventially I wear the soles clean off and then they need to be replaced.

I have Plantars Fascitiis and the arch support in these sandals is just what I need. I wear them daily. This is one of the best products for my condition, aside from the obvious benefit of wearing sandals.

Too bad I cannot use their cost as a medical deduction!
