Great chair! if it arrives in one piece...., February 17, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Office Star Space Deluxe Chair with Air-Grid Back and Mesh Seat, Black (Kitchen) Let me first say that if the chair arrived in tact, I would give this at least 4 stars. As it is, it arrived with a giant hole ripped in the box, and another small one poked through on the side. After assembling the chair, which was very easy, I realized one of the adjustment levers was broken COMPLETELY off and missing entirely from the box. My only guess is that careless shipping and packaging of the product led to it being broken in transit, and probably fell out one of the holes in the box. Why two of the four levers are metal and the other two molded plastic is beyond me. It was the plastic one that broke. It seems making them all metal would have solved this problem.
After speaking with amazon, they tried to be helpful, but all they could offer me was a replacement chair. If you live in a big city like me, and don't own a car, it cost money to transport this thing. It cost nearly $30 to get it home. So a replacement would cost me extra money and time to get the broken... Read more
