This being a chair for larger people, 1 person putting it together is not easy to do, however expected due to the nature so imagine my extreme disappointment when I go to attach the arms and the holes do not line up. Then I considered just plugging the holes and using the chair armless since it is made that the arms flip up, however when I sat in it the back was so far away I felt like I was partially laying down. I would have to use a pillow between me and the back in order for the chair to work. Way too much money for this chair not to be everything I expected it to be and I will be returning it for a full refund.
