The foam support is very good for the price, and it was easy to assemble. The biggest drawback is that the vinyl is very thin and easily torn. Just taking it out of the box, my fingernail put a small tear in the vinyl cover. It is a shame, because it is otherwise a 4 star product. I have this same material in several other chairs in my office and they did not fare very well over time.

So if you are shopping for a high-end looking office chair in black. This is a good choice. I particularly like the finish on the leather - it is a matte (not shiny) smooth and soft leather. For comfort - I rate this chair as one of the best I've ever used. This chair sits in my home office which is a library wall with a two-sided peninsula desk that has black leather inserts in the top. It's perfect. However, I was worried about the size of this chair being too big as some chairs are - this is perfect for me and doesn't look out of place. One more note about the size - if you are a "large" person (over 250) - this might not be the chair for you, but there are "big and tall" versions of office chairs that you should consider instead. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chair to anyone looking for a classy, high-end look for their office.
