I recieved this chair as a gift for christmas this year. Im an avid computer gamer and so ive been on this chair about 36 hours in the last 4 days. I know the chair is not yet broken in but im actually having pains in my lower back. And the massage isnt really much its just a vibrating chair. One big problem i have is that even at its lowest point the chair sits really high. I like being low compared to my screen and right now at the lowest point the chair rails touch the bottom of my keyboard tray from my desk. All in all looks nice, massage is ok, and easy to put together

I didn't buy this chair from Amazon, but since the website I bought it from won't allow me to write a review, I decided to come here to tell potential buyers that this chair looks great, but it isn't great to sit on. Having said that, it isn't uncomfortable. It's simply a little harder than I expected it to be.
The vibration feature is somewhat superficial - the option for the upper back is useless, and I can see myself using only the lower back option once in a while.
Overall, given the price, I'm satisfied with the chair, not delighted.
