This chair is extremely comfortable, providing good support and stability. It's easy to scoot it over to grab something that's 2 feet away. The height is easy to adjust. I could comfortably work a long time in this chair.

First off let me tell you that the price was the reason I purchased 2 of these Chairs.
After putting these chairs together. The quality is very cheap. The back rests have no actual support at all. I wish i could return them for a better quality chair that will last. Oh well, Do yourself a favor and pass on this item.

I purchased this chair to use as a full time work chair and have been using it daily for a few months. It is VERY comfortable, the seat is spacious and the back has nice support. The chair is sturdy and works fine. However, I wish I'd splurged a little more to get the next model up that has seat tilt and an adjustable back. Beyond that preference, the chair is a nice chair and I've had no problems with it.

Lets make no mistake. I didn't know this chair was made in china.
I should have returned it when I saw it but I did open it and tried to be positive.
First, it looked it was packaged for the second time, maybe it was returned (duh) and this is the second shipping.
Second the instructions are for the chair with arms, but even that, these are the worst unclear instructions ever (one side page), totally incomplete and incorrect: it does not apply to the base (the core of the chair where everything is attached).
Third, the holes in the seat do not match at all the base holes and the instructions does not say where to screw it and the drawing does not show either. Totally looks like the holes were made for another base.... but even with imagination I would not know where to make "new holes".
Hey, this chair is "De Luxe", and at $165 it wasn't the cheapest, but it is the worst product that I have had received and had to assembly and I have done my fair... Read more

This chair is definitely all about the looks. There are a couple issues with its functionality however. We purchased 4 of these chairs for a rental property we own--one for each bedroom.

First, the one that is on tile leaves black marks from the wheels. These can be scrubbed off, but a bit of a pain. The other issue is the weighting. If someone tosses a decent sized coat on the back, they pretty quickly become top-heavy. One of the 4 chairs is slightly off kilter after being assembled. Looks like it's tipping over.

Other than the that, they are good looking chairs. I would recommend them.

I love this chair! I re-did our home office area and got this and another ZUO chair. They are priced great, have a nice modern look, and feel great to sit on. They also come together really easily. Getting them out of the packaging is a bit of a hassle but well worth it. Also, I did not have any of the issues the other reviewer had. Nothing but positives.
